When you call or stop by our office, I am happy to help. My top priority is customer service, and I focus on servicing our new and existing client member accounts. I am licensed in Property and Casualty, Life and Health, and Crop. I was born and raised in Western Nebraska and moved to Hastings in 2016 with my husband and children. I joined the Hunt Agency’s team 2017. I look forward to working with you!

I have a background in Agriculture and Construction and was born and raised right here in Hastings. My wife April and I are proud parents of our children, Cody and Alma. As the youngest of the Hunt family, I have watched my dad and brother work in the insurance industry my whole life. I am a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in business-sociology. When you call or stop by our office, I am happy to help with any questions or concerns. I grew up on a small farm just outside of Fairfield, NE, with my two brothers and sister. I look forward to working with you to find the Farm Bureau services that best meet your needs. I am new to The Hunt Agency team as of April 2023. I grew up in Ord, Nebraska and just recently moved to Grand Island, Nebraska to further my career. I look forward to meeting and speaking with you!
About Rodney
A graduate of Central Community College, I was an agent with Farm Bureau Financial Services for 34 years. My wife, Kim, and I have three boys. Our oldest son, Zachery, has taken the role of Agent, his wife Shannon is a nurse, and they have blessed us with two grandchildren, Maya Jane and Carter Lane. Adam and his wife Taylor live in Overland Park, Kansas. Our youngest son, Thomas, just graduated college and has begun working full-time in our office as well.
