Hi, my name is Laurie Pfannenstiel and I have been part of Danny’s Farm Bureau Financial Services team since 2002. I take pride in providing you with top-notch customer service and educating you about our products and services. I am licensed in property and casualty insurance as well as life and can assist you with your auto, property, farm, commercial and crop insurance needs. I want to establish long-lasting relationships built on trust and respect. You can depend on me to be there when you need help. I look forward to showing you how simple insurance can be!
I am an Ellis County native, although not raised on a farm; marriage turned me into a farm girl. My husband, Darin and I have 3 sons: Brennan, Braylan and Breiton and 2 very sweet granddaughters. Outside the office, I enjoy sewing, baking and outdoor activities with family and friends. I am also involved with Ellis County 4-H and church activities. My education includes a BS in Psychology from Fort Hays State University and a MS in Textiles, Clothing and Design from the University of Nebraska.
Hi, I am Jenifer Riat. I’ve been with Farm Bureau Financial Services since 2007. My husband, Steve and I have two boys, Caden and Carsen. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching Chiefs Football and Royals baseball. I enjoy helping our clients with all their insurance needs whether it be home, auto or farm.
Hi, my name is Daniel Irwin and I have been with Farm Bureau Financial Services since 2008. I was born in Hays and have lived here my entire life. I graduated from Fort Hays State University in 2008 with a degree in Business Management. My wife, Amber and I have 2 kids. Bryce (8) and Briley (5) are currently attending O’Loughlin Elementary and are in kindergarten and third grade. My hobbies include watching Chiefs football and Kansas basketball, coaching soccer, wrestling, and baseball, and spending time with family and friends.

My name is Dustin Washburn and I’ve been with Farm Bureau since graduating from Fort Hays State University in 2009. My wife Emily and I have been married for 14 years and have 2 children, Tessa (11) and Rudy (8). My hobbies include hunting, fishing, baseball and spending time with my family.

Hi, I'm Jen Crabtree. I graduated from Fort Hays State University in 2009 with a degree in Accounting. I've been with Farm Bureau since 2012 and have been in the insurance industry since 2009. I was raised in an agricultural family and love helping serve the insurance and financial needs of the area farmers and ranchers, as well as encouraging the next generation. My husband, Derek, and I love spending time with our daughter, Harlee, our son, Truett, our family, friends, and the great outdoors.
Hello, my name is Kevin Haynes. I have been with Farm Bureau Financial Services since 2015. I am a proud Alum of Wichita State University, were I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration. I was raised in a family that is deeply committed to serving our community, and as such I have spent close to 26 years serving as an EMT/Paramedic in Kansas. To this day, I continue to serve as a Paramedic for Ellis County EMS in addition to my work at Farm Bureau.
My Wife Emilee and I have been married for 18 years, and we have two very active children, Brooklynn (15), and Gavin (12).

Hi, I am Nicole Peters. I have been with Farm Bureau Financial Services since 2016. I graduated from Fort Hays State University with a degree in Leadership. My husband, Matt and I have 2 kids. Lexi is 10 and Landon is 7. I am involved in my church and at my kids’ school. I also help coach my daughter’s sports teams.
I am the first person you will see when you walk into the office and will also hear my voice when calling the office.
