Why Farm Bureau?
At Farm Bureau, we want you to go as far as your ambition will take you. That’s why we provide a wide array of classes and learning opportunities that will help you develop the skills you need to take your career to the next level.
We truly believe we are better when we work together. We provide a host of networking opportunities, both for new hires and tenured employees.
We have a culture of recognition where showing our appreciation is second nature. We have formal programs in place for our employees to share their appreciation with one another.
Our employees are passionate about supporting the communities in which they live and work. Employees in all eight states proudly support organizations like United Way. The opportunities are endless. Whether it is working in the Giving Garden at our Home Office location or building a house for Habitat for Humanity, employees are there to support their communities.
Supporting our communities extends beyond financial support. We believe so strongly in the benefits of volunteering and community involvement that we give each of our employees eight hours of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to use every year. This time allows them to give back to the communities where they live and work while volunteering for organization that mean something to them personally.
