For car insurance claims, homeowners insurance claims, property insurance claims or commercial insurance claims in Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, South Dakota and Utah, contact your agent or call our 24-hour claims center toll-free at 1-800-226-6383. Outside of Arizona, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, South Dakota and Utah, please contact your agent. For faster resolution, please be prepared to provide the following information: Insured's Name Address of Insured Policy Number Date of Damage or Injury If you would prefer, you can report your claim online.
